Stephen Sacks is a seasoned hi-tech executive with deep expertise in marketing, sales, MarComm, and business strategy. He has held leadership roles at General Instrument, Capella Telecommunications, Terayon Communications, and RGB Networks. Since 1972, he has advised over 30 clients as a management consultant and is the founder of MDL Communications.

 

Bernard Cresencia is Technical Solutions Architect at MDL Communications, with 25+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network engineering. He has led high-availability, secure systems across sectors including retail, finance, and data centers. At MDL, he designs resilient, scalable solutions for broadcast, OTT, IPTV, and AV-over-IP clients, combining deep technical expertise with a strategic focus on long-term value.

 

Dan Regaudie is a seasoned telecom expert with deep experience in digital video, wireless delivery, and hybrid fibre systems. Known for his strength in project management and strategic direction, he’s held senior roles at Vianet, BigBand Networks, and Northern Cable/Persona, before launching his own broadband consulting practice. Dan specializes in solving complex challenges across telecom markets of all sizes.

 

Boris Eventov is a recognized authority in the Canadian cable industry, known for his leadership in SDV, VOD, simulcast, headend consolidation, targeted ad insertion, and network planning at Cogeco. A published author and frequent conference speaker, he’s received the Galaxy Technical Award and served as SCTE Ontario Chapter Vice President. Boris now brings his expertise to MDL as Technical Services Advisor.

 

Ron Polsky is MDL’s go-to expert for all things telecom, with decades of hands-on experience in MPEG/digital TV, IPTV, VoD, broadband, RF/optical transmission, and headend systems. He’s held key roles at Northern Cable, ADC, C-COR, RGB, and Imagine, and is known industry-wide for his ability to make any headend or plant system work flawlessly.
